Design Software
3D DESIGN
- Three-dimensional modeling of parts and assemblies with the ability to export files in the following formats: Autodesk® Inventor®, AutoCAD® Mechanical, IGES, STEP, STL, EMS, VRM, VDAFS, ACIS, PDF, TIFF;
- Technological modeling of parts intended for CAD-CAM processes or rapid prototyping;
- Functional verification and elimination of interference and collision risks between various components;
- Creation of a three-dimensional model that can be used directly by the manufacturer without the need for further modifications that would result in time loss and material waste;
- Feasibility studies;
- Mass distribution optimization studies;
- Ergonomic studies;
- Sheet metal processing and development;
- Creation of exploded views;
- Survey and conversion of physical parts into parametric-associative solid models;
- Conversion of paper archives into two-dimensional electronic drawings and parametric-associative solid models.
2D DESIGN
- Drafting of parts and assemblies developed in a three-dimensional environment for product manufacturing;
- Development of studies and drawings in a 2D environment with the ability to export files in the following formats: Autodesk® Inventor®, AutoCAD® Mechanical, DWG, DXF, TIFF, JPEG, WMF, PDF;
- Bills of materials;
- Illustrative drawings and exploded views;
- Machine system diagrams (electrical diagrams, hydraulic diagrams, etc.).
